Absolute Rehab Center makes scheduling your appointment easy Monday through Friday Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm (CT). The choice is yours in regards to how you would like to schedule your appointment. You can either:

1. Contact us at 1-630-631-6253. You will be assisted with a time and location that best suits your needs.
2. Email us at pt@absrehab.com with your contact information. You will be assisted with a time and location that best suits your needs.
3. Complete the online form below and we will contact you between 8:00am and 5:00pm (CT) Monday through Friday to assist you in scheduling your appointment. Requests submitted at other times will be scheduled promptly the following business day.
